It’s no secret that Voodoo Ray’s knocks up a banging cocktail or milkshake to wash down their top notch NYC-inspired pizza slices with. But what if you want to have your very own pizza party at home? It’s time to invest in a shaker.

To celebrate the pizza joint’s arrival in our North Yard, we asked head bar girl, Ishbel Murdoch for the recipes – and shot them (cue ridiculous props inspired by the names and origin of each drink) in the new Camden Market restaurant.

Ingredients:

2 shots vodka

For the Bloody Mary mix:

3 shots of tomato juice
1 shot passata (tomato puree)
3 dashes Tabasco
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 shot sours
½ spoon horseradish
Pinch smoked paprika

Method:

Pre-mix the Bloody Mary mix. Pour over ice and add the vodka. Shake, strain and serve in a high ball glass. Garnish with two olives, one cornichon on a skewer and a lemon.

Ingredients:

1 ½ shots vanilla vodka
1 shot passionfruit juice
1 shot Prosecco
½ shot passionfruit liquor
½ shot vanilla gomme
½ shot sours
1 dash soda

Method:

Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain. Serve in a coupe glass with half a passionfruit floating on the top and a shot of Prosecco.

Ingredients:

2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream (Voodoo’s use Marine Vanilla)
½ cup whole milk
1 teaspoon salted caramel sauce
3 San Francisco sourdough pretzels

Method: 

Pour all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve in a tall glass and garnish with a pretzel.

Ingredients:

2 shots raspberry vodka
1 shot berry puree
½ shot sours
Dash ginger beer

Method:

Shake all ingredients with ice, stir and strain. Pour mix into a high ball glass, top with ginger beer and serve with two straws.
