It’s time for the Emerald Isle to have its time in the spotlight. 

This St. Patrick’s Day, we’re bringing unique events and family festivities to Camden Market on Saturday 21st March, celebrating everything that Celtic culture has to offer. Our live stage will host the ‘Sounds of Ireland’, complete with Celtic music and Irish dance from Wraggle Taggle. We also have an array of free events coming up, from arts, crafts and soda break making workshops, and a bodhrán drumming parade.

Events are free and all are welcome! Ticket booking is encouraged to help us gauge numbers.  Exact location of drop in events can be found here.

On Stage
The Sounds of Ireland stage will be filled with music and dance, from traditional music to contemporary pieces. don't miss the Wraggle Taggle ceilidh band and their the Jig & Swig tea dance.
The Joys Of Irish Baking
Seamus and Paul O’Brien from north London’s top celtic bakery, Sun Flour Bakery, will be in Camden Market teaching you the ways of soda bread. Measure, mix, and take home to bake!
Bridie The Irish Tea Lady
Bridie is a tea lady with a twist - a stilt-walking, tea-making performer who's sure to fill your cup with joy.
Family Arts & Crafts Workshops
Join the art and craft workshop activities for children of all ages.
Irish Themed Face Painting
Free drop in face painting with Irish inspiration.
Bodhrán Parade with Ruairi Glasheen
Hear the incredible traditional Irish drum the Bodhrán as they parade through the market.
Reading Corner
Kids can enjoy Celtic stories, with an array of Irish books as well as storytelling sessions.
