The masters of the 60-day-aged patty, Burger & Beyond are going all out crazy with the arrival of their Turkey Gobbler: a prime beef burger topped with turkey bacon (yes, that is a thing) and all the trimmings: red cabbage and smoky cheese, slathered in maple butter and turkey gravy. Grab a napkin, you’ll need one.

Oh My Dog! will be peddling their heritage breed frankfurters Ho-Ho-Hotdog style: that’s a first grade German sausage, between bread, topped with melted Brie, bacon sprinkles and cranberry and cognac ketchup. Boom.

Bonus day: the KERB bar will be serving up mince pies and custard all day, so make sure you swing by for pudding.
