Poffertjes with Warm Nutella and Strawberries— Dutch Pancakes
They’re light, they’re fluffy and they’re perfect with Nutella and strawberries (though what isn’t, really). These tiny, battery bundles of joy are a traditional Dutch treat. Plus, once you’ve scoffed your way through most of them but just can’t find the room for one more, they’re easy to hand out to jelly mates or significant others.
Smoked Salmon Crepe — Nojo
These crepes are hench, like seriously hench. With a whopping 36g of protein per piece, if they were people, they’d be flexing in the gym and knocking back the shakes. If chicken doesn’t ruffle your feathers, there are a host of other sweet and savoury flavours.

Perhaps you can’t decide between sweet and savoury? Serving up both options is Tokyo Bakery — from the husband and wife team behind Tongue ‘n Cheek — filling their MASSIVE crepes with all sorts of indulgent toppings. We’ve got dibs on the candied bacon and truffled mushrooms topped with a fried eggs, though…
