The Mac Factory is focused on giving Mac ‘n’ Cheese a gourmet twist. They’ve taken the classic family favourite and made it fancier: enter, The Truffled Shroom – a cheesy, melting macaroni pot laced with indulgent truffles. High quality, indeed, and there’s plenty more where that came from. Fresh, exciting flavour combinations are their bag and every dish is cooked to order right in front of you. The memorable finishing touch? Each Mac is sprinkled with the signature Sourdough based parmesan and thyme crumble – a topping of champions.
