Honest Burgers do one thing, and they do it very, very well: delicious things in buns made from the best-quality British produce. With a mini-empire of 12 restaurants, founders Tom and Phil have been leading London’s burger revolution since they starting selling theirs at festivals in 2010. You can choose from beef, chicken, veggie or vegan to eat in or take-away – all of which come served in squishy freshly baked buns with rosemary salted chips.
