Duck N’ Roll is the street food brainchild of the team behind Michelin-starred restaurant Club Gascon. This would be recommendation enough without needing to know that the philosophy behind the venture is ‘a celebration of duck served in rolls and incorporating flavours from across the world’. Don’t worry – you had us at Duck N’ Roll. Our favourite? The duck burger with ossau cheese, balsamic onions and spicy tomato sauce with duck fat fries (vegetarians not invited.)
