Taking the humble grilled cheese sandwich to even loftier heights in the name of charity, The Cheese Bar is going to be hosting a toast-off, as some of London’s best restaurants create their own cheesy masterpiece. In the mix will be Berber & Q, Gunpowder, Decatur, Pizza Pilgrims and El Pastor, all putting their own spin on the humble toastie with only one rule: The cheese MUST be British.

50% of the profits will be donated to Help Refugees UK, providing essential funds and spreading awareness about their work for the European refugee crisis.
