In The Round: Lisa Hannigan

Lisa Hannigan found her feet in the music industry when she began collaborating with Damien Rice in the early 00’s. From then on, multi-talented Hannigan has come on in leaps and bounds in her own right, contributing music for several film and television soundtracks as well as being nominated for several awards, including a Mercury prize in 2009.

Generally considered to be a folk artist, Hannigan’s music runs deeper, exploring dark themes with a subtle, fragile tone to her voice. Now on her third studio album ‘At Swim’, which came out last year, this is a unique chance to watch Lisa Hannigan perform in an intimate setting that seeing artists in the round allows for.
