Roadkill & The Camden Grocer: Gourmet Butcher Masterclass

Roadkill and The Camden Grocer are coming together again for another masterclass: this time the star of the show is pork (courtesy of Dingley Dell Pork)! Roadkill's expert in house butcher, Jared will be on hand for a butchery demonstration of a hog all while doing a Q&A.

Once the pig is broken down, there'll be canapés and a three course meal (with wine pairings provided by The Camden Grocer, of course). A truly unforgettable experience, ideal for those wanting to learn more about cuts and ways of cooking pork.
