Chai and Chill
Relax and unwind after a busy day at work: sit back, drink chai and meditate your way to chill-ville.
The session will focus on meditation, mindful tea drinking and creating a relaxed environment to sit back and enjoy the amazing chai flavours on offer.
Timeline for the night:
6-6.30pm: Arrivals and mingles (time to choose your flavour of chai)
6.30-6.45pm: Introduction to meditation
6.45-7pm: Meditation
7- 7.30pm: Mindful tea drinking and more mingles
