Camden Assembly presents Cakes Da Killa + Friends

‘Hedonism’ is the first full length album from NYC rising rap star and expert lyricist, Cakes Da Killa. If you haven’t already downloaded it, we suggest you do, because this kid is ripping up the rapper rule book and re-writing the way hip hop is done.

Publications like Interview, Nylon and PAPER clicked onto him a while ago. Being an out, openly gay rapper makes him different in the music industry – different in a very good way. ‘Hedonism’ tells the story of his life, chronicled into witty, rapid-fire, ghetto fabulous verses, laid over the top of dance-inspired beats – and it’s been two years in the making, so this London launch party is kind of a big deal.

He’ll be supported by ballroom talents Vjuan Allure and Rushmore.
