Wanna get down with the kids? YOUTH CLUB invites you to Unite and Take Over at Camden Market, with a photography exhibition, talks and screenings that celebrate London’s most iconic subcultures.
With help from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, the photography exhibition — which spans from rave culture of the 1980s to grime in the 2000s — will be constantly evolving as the project continues to modernise and restore over 15,000 images as part of the scheme from within the exhibition, meaning that visitors can drop in to see progress continuing.
It’s not called a youth club for no reason: come for the photographs and stay for the tuck shop which will be serving up classic snacks and Irn Bru. As well as retro food and drink, there’ll also be bean bags, lava lamps and vintage arcade games so stay and play and relive your youth with the YOUTH CLUB.
PLEASE NOTE: YOUTH CLUB will be CLOSED between Wednesday 26th May and Friday 5th June.
