London’s music tour for emerging artists, Coffee House Sessions does exactly what it says on the proverbial mug: brings you the best in new live music, all of which is best enjoyed while sipping on a lovely, freshly brewed cup of caffeine. We say: an ideal way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

They might be called Stranger Stranger, but together this male/female two-piece create a lovely folk-infused soul sound that is kind of familiar. That would probably be because they’re working with Laura Mvula-producer Steve Brown. They’re made up of two voices, each from either side of the Atlantic: Phil Solari, Toronto and Marinda Lavut, London respectively.
