LITTLE SIMZ | One of the most brilliant, visionary and fiercely authentic rappers that the UK has ever produced.
Camden is where Little Simz identity was crystalized, and she describes Camden as a place where ‘everyone was just like themselves’ and noted it was one of the few places in North London that offered a distinct and unfiltered sense of artistic vibrancy.
In recent years, Little Simz has been crowned as one of the most exciting voices to have emerged out of the UK.
Her back-to-back albums ‘Sometimes I Might be Introvert’ (2021)’and ‘No Thank You’ (2022) were both among the most critically acclaimed records of recent times, establishing her as a singular and unique voice in British music. Both albums were needle movers, defining Simz as one of the nation’s most treasured and creative musical voices. ‘No Thank You’ received three BRIT nominations at the 2024 BRIT Awards, as well as winning a MOBO Award for Best Hip Hop Act. She toured the album across North America and graced a historic cover of British Vogue.
Little Simz crowned the UK leg of her tour with two sold out nights at Alexandra Palace and in 2024 played the coveted Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury.
Her sixth studio album,’ Lotus’, released in June last year 2025 is an expansive and yet deeply personal project. It sees Simz bring her inner world onto record in her most intimate and honest manner yet. Among an arresting musical backdrop – which combines influences from Punk to Jazz, Soul to Samba – is a weaving of rich stories and vivid vignettes. Together, they tell an emotive story about the woman and artist she has become.
