ARE THERE STORAGE LOCKERS IN CAMDEN MARKET?

Yes, as of 10th July, we have storage lockers in Saddle Row, Stables Market - near the Stables Cafe. You may recognise it as Umbrella Alley! Find the location on Google Maps here.

· HOW CAN I BOOK AND ACCESS A LOCKER?

Lockers can only be booked through the QR code or the screen on the locker system itself. Once purchased, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your locker access link. This can be used to open and close your locker during your booking period.

· HOW MUCH ARE LOCKERS?

Prices vary depending on the locker size and the rental time selected.

· WHAT SIZE LOCKERS ARE AVAILABLE?

Lockers come in various sizes – small, medium and large.

Small = 22.5 (H) x 40 (W) x 60 (D) CMS

Medium = 30 (H) x 40 (W) x 60 (D) CMS

Large = 45 (H) x 40 (W) x 60 (D) CMS

· HOW LONG CAN I USE A LOCKER FOR?

The locker is available for various durations ranging from 1 hour to all day.

· CAN I OPEN MY LOCKER MORE THAN ONCE?

Yes. You can open and close your locker multiple times during your booking period using the access link provided in your confirmation email.

· CAN I OPEN MY LOCKER REMOTELY?

Yes. Your locker can be opened at any time from any location using the access link in your confirmation email. Please keep this link secure. Camden Market is not responsible if a locker is opened while you are not present or for any resulting loss.

· WHAT HAPPENS IF I SHARE MY ACCESS LINK?

Your locker access link should be treated like a ticket. If it is shared or accessed by someone else, they will be able to open the locker. Camden Market is not responsible for any loss resulting from shared or misused access details.

· WHAT IF MY PHONE BATTERY DIES OR I LOSE ACCESS TO MY EMAIL?

It’s your responsibility to keep your phone charged and your access details available. If you experience an issue, please speak to a member of staff, who may be able to assist, but access cannot be guaranteed without valid booking details.

· ARE MY ITEMS SAFE IN THE LOCKERS?

Lockers are smart, secure, and monitored. However, items are stored at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage unless caused by proven negligence.

· CAN CAMDEN MARKET STAFF ACCESS MY LOCKER?

Yes — authorised staff may access lockers if required for safety, security, or operational reasons.

· WHAT CAN I STORE IN MY LOCKER?

You can store personal items such as Handbags, helmets, small personal items, Backpacks, laptop bags, day bags, large rucksacks, sports bags and cabin luggage.

· WHAT CAN’T I STORE IN MY LOCKER?

Food and drink, hazardous items, or anything illegal must not be stored.

· ARE LOCKERS REFUNDABLE?

No. All locker bookings are non-refundable once purchased.

· WHEN DO I NEED TO COLLECT MY ITEMS?

Please collect your belongings before you leave. Lockers are available 24/7, but all items must be removed by the end of your rental period; otherwise, your rental may be extended and additional charges may apply.

· WHAT HAPPENS IF I LEAVE MY ITEMS BEHIND?

If items are left behind, they may be removed and processed through our lost property system. To enquire about lost items, please contact Camden Market Security. You’ll need valid ID and proof of booking.
