Opened in September 2024, Jugad offers a "food as medicine" dining experience, emphasizing health-conscious dining without compromising on flavor. The menu, crafted by executive chef Jose Fernandes, formerly of Gunpowder, is entirely dairy and refined sugar-free, with most dishes also being gluten-free.
