A‘Do’RE fritto
Straight From the Streets of Napoli
Founded by two brothers born in the birthplace of pizza – Naples – A’do’RE fritto brings a heavenly slice of authentic southern Italian street food to the heart of Camden. Transporting customers to la dolce vita through a mouth-watering menu of classic Italian dishes including parmigiana di melanzane and oven baked pizza served alongside the new star of the show – the folded fried pizza.
Lightly fried for a thin crisp dough and oozing with a selection of traditional and innovative fillings, A’do’RE fritto is the first restaurant to put the street food staple of La Pizza Fritta firmly on London food lovers’ radar. But the dedication to the fine Neapolitan art of frying doesn’t stop there. Paper cones, or “cuoppos” bursting with a mix of deep-fried delicacies including potato croquettes, stuffed courgette flowers and mozzarella are an ideal accompaniment to afternoon exploring Camden or along the canal.
With the opening of A’do’RE fritto in Hawley Wharf, founder Enrico Vitale fulfils his life-long dream to bring the unique tastes, smells and street-dining experience of his beloved home city to Camden streets. Buon appetito!
